Firewise® Community
Who are we?
Canyon Creek Lane became a Firewise® Community in 2020. This community was directly affected by the Canyon Creek Complex fire. The area was evacuated and homes had engines on them protecting them from igniting.
Fortunately no structures were lost in the footprint of the Firewise® Community but the impacts are visible. One landowner has utilized goats for reducing fuels around her home.
